As It started in 1994 as a vision of Eng. Hussein Sabbour to establish one of the first engineering Egyptian consultancy firms and to build it into the most empowering real estate business. The company was established in 1998 as a joint partnership between Eng. Hussein Sabbour and the National Bank of Egypt with the percentage of shares 60 to 40 percent.
